Devotional Meetings

Devotional Gatherings' are regularly scheduled meeting times of collective worship - the exaltation of God - and sharing a devotional spirit of joy, love and fellowship.

Readings are taken from the Bahá'í Writings and the Holy Scriptures of Christianity, Islam, Judaism, Hinduism, Zoroastrian, and Buddhism. Participants may bring their prayer book, Bahá'í Scripture, Bible, Qur'án, Torah, and selections of other Sacred Writings to share and prayer requests are often honoured.

There is usually a diverse selection of music, coming from a variety of cultures and styles, to add to the atmosphere. At the end of the devotional there is usually a discussion followed by light refreshments.

The Barnet Community holds devotionals regularly. The dates and times of the devotionals are listed below and you are most welcome to join us!
